Fatou Darboe Cora: Executive Director
Fatou Darboe Cora brings over 25 years of experience in the advancement of geriatric care, business management, including co-founding a healthcare agency and several Adult Family Homes across the state of Washington. Upon immigrating to the US in 1994, Mrs. Cora found fulfillment in working with elderly and disabled populations. All with hopes to one day give back to her loved ones and community. Mrs. Cora is a humbled wife, mother of four and servant of Allah SWT. It has been a passion of hers to provide resources for Gambians to be able to support themselves, including successful business ownership, adequate living circumstances and physical/mental health support. It is important everyone be given an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Mariama Jallow: Operations Manager
Mariama Jallow is a seasoned business and management professional with over 26 years of experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning her career at the country's leading gas distribution company, she transitioned from a sales role to later managing and growing the company's operations, admin & finance departments for over two decades. Following this experience, Mariama joined the newly formed QWater (Naturelle) to manage the product line and distribution of mineral water. From 2017, Mariama decided to pursue her passions of philanthropy by working with and supporting numerous charity groups. Her day to day also includes running her Interior Design business.

Adam Dibba: Community Outreach Coordinator
Adam Dibba is a generous, compassionate, strong woman willing to advocate for the forgotten voices in her community. Adam has over 20 years of experience in community outreach and engagement, public speaking and workshop facilitation. Adam’s gift is her self confidence, she believes that her opinion is important, her experience matters and perspective should be taken into account, especially when it impacts the communities she serves. Adam is currently the Founder and Community Relations Director of Africans on the Eastside, this group is focused on actively addressing the impact of racism and racial inequity.
